Please Read Carefully: By accessing GRAFIQ (www.grafiq.in) and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

This document is a legal contract between the User (You) and GRAFIQ. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Order & Design Process

• Design Approval: Once you approve a digital proof, the order goes to production. GRAFIQ is not responsible for errors (spelling, layout, or color) found after your approval.

• Modifications: No changes are allowed once the order status changes to "Printing Started".

• File Quality: You must provide high-resolution (300 DPI) files. Low-quality files resulting in pixelated prints are your responsibility.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in INR. Full payment is required before production begins. GRAFIQ reserves the right to change prices without notice. In case of pricing errors on the website, we may cancel orders and issue full refunds.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. GRAFIQ is not liable for delays caused by courier partners (Shiprocket, DTDC, etc.) or Force Majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Intellectual Property

You warrant that you own the rights to any artwork or content uploaded. You agree to indemnify GRAFIQ against any legal claims regarding copyright or trademark infringement of the designs provided by you.

6. Prohibited Content

We do not print offensive, illegal, or pornographic material. We reserve the right to refuse service and report illegal content (like counterfeit documents) to the authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GRAFIQ's liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as loss of profits.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
