1. Nature of Products
All products offered by GRAFIQ are custom-made, made-to-order, and produced strictly as per customer-approved designs. Due to this personalized nature, returns are not accepted.
2. No Return Policy
🚫 We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Spelling/artwork errors approved by you
- Minor color variations (±5–10%)
- Size tolerance (±2mm)

No return shipping charges will be levied for eligible replacement cases.
4. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your order and request a refund. Design charges may be deducted.

2. Review
Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
3. Resolution
Replacement dispatch takes 5–12 days; Refunds take 7–14 days.
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or GRAFIQ Wallet. Please note that shipping fees and design charges are non-refundable.
