📦Orders & Process
How do I place an order on GRAFIQ?+
Browse our product catalog, select your product, choose specifications (size, material, quantity), upload your design file, review the digital proof, and complete payment. Your order enters production once approved.
Can I modify my order after placing it?+
Modifications are accepted only before the order status changes to 'Printing Started'. Once printing begins, no changes are possible. Contact us immediately at hi@grafiq.in if you need to modify.
What is a digital proof?+
A digital proof is a preview of how your final product will look once printed. Always review it carefully for spelling, layout, colors, and alignment before approval.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?+
Minimum order quantities vary by product. We can print as few as 10 units for most products. Bulk discounts apply for larger quantities.
🎨Design & Files
What file formats do you accept?+
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG (300 DPI+), and TIFF formats. For best results, submit print-ready PDFs with CMYK color mode and 3mm bleed.
What resolution should my artwork be?+
All design files must be at minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch) at full print size. Low-resolution files may result in pixelated or blurry prints — GRAFIQ is not liable for such results.
Do you offer design services?+
Yes, GRAFIQ offers professional design assistance. Contact us at hi@grafiq.in for custom design support and pricing.
What is the difference between RGB and CMYK?+
RGB is used for digital screens. CMYK is used for print. Colors may appear slightly different in print compared to your screen. We recommend converting your files to CMYK before submitting. Color variations of ±5–10% are normal in print.
🚚Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?+
Processing takes 2–7 business days depending on the product and order size. Delivery thereafter takes 2–10 days based on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–4 days; remote areas may take up to 12 days.
Do you ship pan India?+
Yes! GRAFIQ ships to every corner of India via trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, DTDC, and Delhivery.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also visit our Track Order page or contact support with your Order ID.
Is shipping free?+
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999. For orders below this threshold, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
💳Payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. All payments are processed securely.
Is my payment information secure?+
Absolutely. GRAFIQ uses trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.
Do prices include GST?+
All displayed prices are exclusive of applicable GST. GST will be calculated and shown at checkout. A proper GST invoice is provided with every order.
🔄Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?+
Since all products are custom-made, returns are not accepted. However, replacements are offered for manufacturing defects, wrong products delivered, or GRAFIQ-side errors.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damage. Eligible claims will be processed for a replacement — not a refund.
Can I cancel my order?+
Cancellations are accepted before 'Printing Started' status. Once printing begins, cancellations are not possible. Design charges may be deducted from any pre-production cancellation refund.
When will I get my refund?+
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method or GRAFIQ Wallet. Shipping and design charges are non-refundable.
