1. Order Processing Time
All products at GRAFIQ are custom-made to order. Processing begins only after your design is approved and payment is confirmed.

Bulk Orders
5–7 Business Days
Rush Orders
1–2 Business Days*

2. Delivery Timelines

3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping
Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping across India.
Paid Shipping
Orders below ₹999 — shipping charges calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
4. Courier Partners
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
5. Packaging
All GRAFIQ orders are packed with professional-grade materials to protect your prints during transit:
- Corrugated cardboard boxes for rigid protection
- Bubble wrap for delicate items
- Moisture-resistant inner packaging
- Secure sealing to prevent tampering
6. Delivery Issues
Damaged in Transit
Email hi@grafiq.in with photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery. Eligible orders will be replaced.
Wrong Product Delivered
Contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement dispatch at no extra cost.
Order Not Received
Contact us with your Order ID. We will escalate with the courier and provide resolution within 5–7 days.
Refused / Undelivered
If delivery is refused or missed, re-delivery charges apply. Contact support to reschedule.
Note: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the courier partner.
